This package offers full design and styling services for all the aesthetic aspects of your wedding. We handle everything from introducing and coordinating vendors to managing all communication on your behalf. We also take care of payments and source vendors with the specific design elements needed to bring your vision to life, from the initial concept to the final execution on your big day.
Think of a wedding stylist as your personal designer, adding that wow factor to your special occasion. We create a concept that reflects your unique story and captures the overall vision you desire.
The Design Concept:
This package focuses exclusively on the aesthetic elements of your wedding, including decor choices, floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, table settings, and stationery. Every detail is meticulously planned and brought to life, creating a breathtaking visual and sensory experience on your wedding day.

The aesthetic Luxury Package includes
#1 Wedding Planning Consultation & meeting
- Meet and greet: We would love to meet you and hear about your vision for your special day, whether online or in person. The first meeting is free of charge.
- Discuss the vision you have for your wedding
- Discuss budget & mood board
- Sourcing of suppliers and design concept will commence after receipt of a 50% deposit.
#2 Source Suppliers/vendors
- Source suppliers/vendors with the items required to achieve the desired look – we have a list of trusted suppliers we love working with!
- Setup 2-3 Quotes using different suppliers to compare pricing
- Recommend suppliers best suited to create the desired look
- Client decide which supplier they prefer and sign contract with them directly (all of the documentation will be provided)
- Coordinate suppliers for setup – making sure they understand the vision
- Schedule breakdown after event
#3 Design Concept: Visual elements
- Create a mood board based on our discussion
- Colour palette
- Layout – suggestion for which elements go where
- 2-3 Table design ideas
- Select decor elements based on vision
- Select candles based on vision
- Lighting recommendations & layout design
- Furniture recommendation & layout design
- Determine amount of each element needed
- Floral Arrangement design recommendation – work closely with florist to create desired look
- Stationary design concept: Welcome board, seating chart, name cards, menus, programs etc
- Manage any other elements that have a visual impact

- Stationery set-up – Table seating
- Oversee styling of all decor related elements
- Final check – EVERYTHING!
In the event of setup taking place over more than one day – Accommodation for the planner and assistant needs to be provided by the client
