Your wedding planning fee is determined by your overall wedding budget.
As your wedding budget increases, so does the scale and complexity of the planning process. Larger weddings often include more suppliers, décor details, logistics, and coordination hours – which naturally requires more time and attention to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Once your budget surpasses R399k, our pricing swaps to 8% of your overall wedding budget total. This ensures that our cost aligns with the final scope of the event.
Please refer to the price brackets below to see the corresponding planning fee for each range.
The final cost for our wedding planning package is calculated three weeks prior to your event date – when your total event budget is final. The only items not included in the total budget are Travel and Attire, as we only address these upon specific request, which will result in additional costs.
